1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48Hr of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
- Customized or personalized mats
3. Return Process
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@indianmats.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- After approval, you must ship the product back to us at your own cost unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
